Providing this information is voluntary. If you would rather not use the form, you can contact us by phone or email instead — the details are on our Contact page.
Why we collect it
We use it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and where relevant prepare a proposal or arrange a site visit. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent by email to our company inbox. They are not saved into this website’s database. Your message is then handled by the members of our team responsible for new projects.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run analytics or advertising trackers on it. WordPress, the software that runs the site, sets cookies only for administrators who log in to manage it. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs that may include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and to keep the site running, and are retained only for as long as our host’s ordinary log retention period.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, where a project proceeds, as part of our ordinary business and project records. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
